1. Returns & Replacements
We offer replacement or return only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

- Clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Photos of original packaging and labels
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup, subject to location and courier availability.
β Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is not possible
- The order is cancelled by Ayan Collection before dispatch
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Size, color, or preference issues (unless explicitly mentioned on the product page)
- Used, washed, altered, or worn items
- Products without original tags, accessories, or packaging
- Orders refused, returned, or unclaimed after dispatch
- Cash on Delivery orders refused at delivery
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Ayan Collection may conduct order verification before dispatch.
- Orders may be confirmed via call or message
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur charges
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future purchases
This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and ensures smooth operations.

4. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 working days

- Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch
